Tres Cruces, or Three Crosses, are three mountains on the border between Argentina and Chile. Even as dancers use movement and rhythm to present stories and feelings, ideas and mood, the altarscape and paraments today remember Pentecost and overlay it with colors, artifacts and symbols of Latin American culture and geography. Although we are from different cultures with different histories and expressions of culture, we seek to celebrate our common humanity and faith in music and visual symbolism of color and form.
